Lambay Properties in Dublin, Ireland, used Orbitance technology to sell a high end 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment at Castle Oaks gated community. The 1200 square foot ground floor flat was sold for €587,500 and was on the market for 20 weeks.
Bronwyn O’Dea, founder and owner of Lambay Properties, said that through using Orbitance technology, the property at Castle Oaks sold 20% quicker than other properties in the same development.
Having heard about Orbitance through attending an Orbitance demonstration event, Lambay Properties have used the technology on two properties so far, both of which are now at the Sale Agreed stage.
At viewings, buyers commented that the video encouraged them to make appointments to view the property in person, having already developed a feel for the property online.
Bronwyn O’Dea said:
“Using Orbitance in our advertisement created a buzz at viewings. The client was delighted at the response to our marketing. The 3D tour definitely shortened the sale period of No. 1 Castle Oaks.
When using Orbitance in our property advertisement for 1 Castle Oaks, it sold faster than the other units for sale in the same development.
The combination of the Orbitance and Geoff Langan at its helm makes for a professional presentation of our clients’ properties and sets us well ahead of the competition.”
